BuyOwner.com Ripoff Scam Windermere Florida

The other day I contacted buyowner.com to put my home up for sale. The sales person first started saying you only pay 89.95, over and over I heard 89.95. At one point I asked, what's the total amount?

$8995.00. She was talking in the THOUSANDS. Misleading Sales person right there.The worst came at the end when picking a lesser plan, then obtaining the finance papers and the payment issues. I walked away leaving my wife to do the work. WRONG MOVE.

The sales person (lady). Not only got $2500.00 from us, but continued to give my wife papers that read MORTGAGE DEED. Over and over by a finance company. I almost had a heart attack tonight. Those papers by some coincidence almost got to that lady. THANK GOD!!!! I read them tonight and put a stop to it at 10:41pm EST.

I followed up calling that lady and told her off. I said "I CAN"T BELIEVE THE AUDACITY THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS TO EVEN INSULT US TRYING TO GET A GUARANTEE PAYMENT BY PUTTING A MORTGAGE DEED TO GET THE FUNDS!" not to mention, the would charge $199.00 for processing fee also!!

I urge anyone using or attempting to use buyowner.com to stay away from them. I just read the main page where we paid the downpayment and it did read NO REFUND POLICY! I'm going to have to fight now for the $2500.00. I think tomorrow i'm calling a lawyer on this.
