....I ordered seeds from this company on June 14. received an email on the 17th stating my order had shipped. Today (june 22) I received another email claiming my order was cancelled.

He is the email he sent me. Note that he claims he can't ship ...8 days after he claims to have shipped.

Also note his own bank has accused him of credit card fraud.I filed a dispute with my back and will file internet fraud charges through the F.B.I. if my funds aren't returned.

It is with regret that I have to inform you have my bank has decided to ransom my business.

At the beginning of the week my payment processor held any money that was processing and any money clearing. They then informed me that they had closed my account and are holding all money for 120 days.

I informed them that there was peoples money in that who had made orders and I could not ship out their orders.

(The processor /bank are not aware of the products I sell.)

Unfortunately this means that I cannot complete your order.

I asked the processer to refund everybody; they refused stating I did not have the money in the account. I informed them that the money being held should be refunded back to the owners and they refused, saying that I will receive the money in 120 days.

I cannot do anything about this from my end. They are claiming that I am committing credit card fraud. (Apparently I am stealing your card!)  This means that there are some 395 orders that I cannot fulfil.

You can get a REFUND though.

Please contact your bank and request a charge back. 

*Your bank does not know what you bought! --

Please call them and inform them that we cannot process your order but have taken your money. And you would like to charge back the card.

Again we are very sorry about this, and there is nothing we can do.

If for any reason you cannot put in a charge back we will refund you as soon as we receive your money from our bank.  Unfortunately this will be 120 days.

Please reply to the email through the store.

Again please contact the bank and ask for a charge back.

And again we are very sorry about this.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the owner took the time to call me from the U.K. and explain the problem.

Turns out the issue was the banks fault and not buyseedz.com.

After speaking on the phone every thing was worked out and I want to go on record to say that the owner is a STAND UP kinda guy.
