I sent them a list of the technology (cell phones, cpus, ram chips, etc) that I was looking to sell. They gave me an offer, which was dependant on the quality of the technology. I malied the goods via FedEx with signature confirmation.

It was delivered to the correct address. I emailed the complany multiple times that the items were delivered, and asked about payment. I didn't hear anything. I also called and left messages. I was getting ready to sue them, and I sent over a demand letter. Then magically they responded that "they never got the package." Right. I gave them the FedEx tracking number, and a copy of the signature confirmation. They responded that they disputed the FedEx delivery when I first sent the email because they didn't know who signed for the package, and then I got a run around to "call FedEx and they will tell you what is going on."

I called FedEx, and they only disputed the delivery when I sent the demand letter. So I made a claim with Fed Ex that was denied because the amount of time that passed and FedEx confirmed with GPS tracking that the package was delivered to the correct address.

Ultimately, they received the technology and didn't end up paying for it.

BuySellRam has promptly fixed the problem

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 01, 2016

I was contacted by BuySellRam asking about the status of the FedEx claim. I told that it was denied and gave them the reasons why it was denied. BuySellRam provided evidence that the package was delivered to a neighboor as well as signed by an unauthorized person, but FedEx listed on its website that the package was delivered to correct address. The representative was willing to have a conference call with FedEx, so I could confirm the misdelivery.

Ultimately, this was a FedEx error, and FedEx refused to cover the misdelivered package (despite acknowleding that they delivered a signature confirmation package to a neighbor). BuySellRam paid and covered the missing package eventhough this was a FedEx error.

I am glad that we were able to resolve the issue, and I would recommend them as they have resolved the issue.
