Buzz Telecom This company sent us a bill in the amount of $9.85 for some Non-Recurring charges and we never heard of this company, ripoff Merrillville Indiana

We got a Mothly statement in the mail from this company called Buzz telecom (never heard of it) The bill is for 9.85 for a Non- Recurring Charge. When I get the bill I have no idea what it is for so I call the phone number at the top the the bill, It just rings busy for several days.

So I go on line and find a number for Buzz which is only one # different from the one on the statement, When I call it's a recording that says for billing press one, for customer service press two. I press one to talk with some one about this bill I recived and it's a recording saying to leave my name and number and some will call me back from the billing dep. That just didn't seam right to me, what phone company has you leave a message and they'll call you back.
