Buzzy Green Took my business's money under false pretenses-services paid for and never provided. Summerville South Carolina

In the Fall of 2013 Buzzy Green contacted me regarding an opportunity to advertise in his school coupon books.  These books were to be distributed to the schools free of charge with individual businesses advertising their services.  The students would sell the books as a means of raising funds for their schools.  Having purchased these types of books from neighborhood children it seemed like a reasonable advertising avenue for us since we are in the education business and worthwhile to pursue and measure the success.  In addition to the coupon books,  there was to be a link to Buzz's website that could be clicked on and take individuals directly to an advertiser's website. None of this materialized.  

 As others have indicated there were always reasons why he was not able to  refund my money.  Crooked partner, wife having an operation and so forth.  At first,  Buzzy would return calls, then he only responded to emails.  Finally,  even those emails stopped.  Out of desperation,  I  resorted to contacting him via Facebook.  A formal complaint was filed with the state Better Business Bureau.  They listed my complaint on their website and attempted to reach him, but he never responded to them.  In January of

A formal complaint was filed with the state Better Business Bureau.  They listed my complaint on their website and attempted to reach him, but he never responded to them.   In January of 2016, he indicated he had a new job that was providing a steady income and would be paying me back. To date, I have received $50 of the $600 owed.  Hopefully, this complaint  will forewarn others to not do business with this man.  He is a con artist.
