BVH cell.com Never received item Monsey New York

On 16 Nov 2015 I ordered a set of DR Dre Headhpones for my Granddaughters birthday  the web site said that the item was in stock they said it would take 2-7 days to receive the item. After 7 days I called and was assured that the item would be there by the weekend. Again nothing so I had to go to a local store and buy the same item for my granddaughters birthday I told BVH cell to cancel the item on two different times one by phone and one by e-mail. I waited for a week or so and then I reported the transaction to my bank and they contacted the individual and after about two more weeks they finally refunded the money after pressure from the bank. Thirty days later it still showed that the item was still processing.
