Byte Matrix USA is advertised as a 3rd party Quickbooks systems repair company. They were not able to repairs my issues and I paid them 999.99 to do so. I spoke with them on July 3, July 18, July 26, August 9, and August 10 about the refund. I was told on the first 3 dates that the refund would be in my account within 10 days and that there was a clerical error. Then on August 9, 2017 I was told the money would be in my account on August 10 by 9 am. This was after being placed onhold for 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours and the call being dropped. ( I have screen shots of these calls  woth their phone bnumber, date, and wait time). Then on August 10 after talking to the credits supervisor who would not give me their name, I was told its been 30 days since the original complaint and they can no longer issue a refund after 30 days. This company is a scam and have done nothing but take my buisnesses money ( we provide therapy for individuals with autism), waist my time, and lied at every contact. [continued below]....

Other areas of concern: 

I was promised emails of what we discussed via phone and did not receive them.

They were not able to tell me the banks name, the amount, or confirmation numbers

I was told by the ceredit departments supervisor that the other associates I spoke to were not authorized to help me (Gary Johnson, Mike Johnson, and Steve Khaddy). 

I was told it was refunded but my bank was the problem. I contacted the bank and verified this company did not attempt to deposit funds. 

Their Facebook page that I contacted them on originally back in June 2017 has since been disconnected.
