C&E and Mr Craig Wurzer and Lake Hallie Cabinets & Design Center are scam artists coming to the stateline area to sideswipe our neighbors into ripping off their insurance carrier. This company hides as a builder but is a bunch of kids from eau claire coming to roscoe to try to prop up claims for their own doing.
Yesterday there were 3 of these guys in my neighborhood out going door to door. when they came to my home i asked why they were in the area. he handed me a gray flyer and said because of the storm damage. I said what storm. He replied the big hail storm. Now I was born on a tuesday but it wasnt last tuesday. I asked him further about it and he said the roofs in the area are all shot because if the hail. He then showed me on his phoen a report that said we had hail that was the "golf balls" he said. I laughed and when i told him no way he replied "I can get you a roof for free and probably put some cash in your pocket. Youve been paying insurance for years its time to cash in"
Little did Mr Wurzer and his cronies know that i am an insurance agent and half of my neighbors are my clients. I understand the need for a claim and we cover people in every case especially my neighbors, but these rip off artists are going door to door in Roscoe and driving Fraudulent claims. I even withnessed one on my neighbors house reaching down and scratching the shingles to take a picture of it.
Stateline residents BeWARE! these guys are the scum of the earth and Mr Wurzer is the ring leader.

Here are the facts about C & E Wurzer Builders as I see as the next door neighbor of a homeowner who had a new roof installed 2014 summer.
1) C & E are storms chasers
2) C & E lies about storm damage to get you going on a claim
3) C & E subconcontracts out jobs to teams of mexicans who do not speak english (believe me, no amount of yelling at these guys will get these guys to speak english)
4) The teams of non-english speaking workers will work until past sundown (9:30pm+) making noise the whole time
5) The teams of non-english speaking workers do not care amount personal property and will destroy it as they see fit
6) C & E claims they will cover any damages, BUT C & E does not cover any damages caused by their subcontracted mexican workers. ( I have tried to make a claim, which they "verbally agreed" to pay 60 days ago.. I've given up waiting)
7) C & E claims they will pick nails and trash when they are done, but believe me, I am still picking up nails, because there is no such thing as an aluminum magnet.
8) In closing: If you want a cheap, fast, poorly done job, that will piss off you neighbors, then please hire C & E Wuzer Builders.

I myself have used C&E Builders. I think what they are doing is wonderful. Bunch of kids pretending to be a construction company??? Not even close. They are a custom home builder for over 50 years!!! Do you research, shame on you!!! Being an insurance agent I can see why you don't like them. Keep your personal reasons aside. You don't want them to make claims because then you lose money, simple as that. If I wouldn't have had hail damage my insurance company wouldn't have paid for it, plain ans simple. They are a wonderful company with wonderful employees and i would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
