I ordered an item this company was advertising on tv. I mailed them a money order for the item this included shipping and handling of this item. They sent me the wrong item and when I called their company they hung up on me. Each time I would call this company they would hang up on me.
I finally re-packaged the item and sent it back to this company via UPS. I paid the charge to ship it back also.
I contacted a friend of mine who called this company and spoke with Carlos who took down all the information and said he was putting in the mail the correct item that had been ordered and it should arrive to me in 4-5 days.
As of this date I still haven't received the item I ordered or my money back or even a phone call from this company.
