C & M Ceramics Owned by Martha & Willam This owner fire my ceramics and distroyed the casoral bowels Los Lunas New Mexico

To who it may concern,

I make casoral bowels out of ceramics I have taken my items to different businesses in Albuquerque for almost 25 years, I have never had any problems with any business when you make ceramic as dishware the items needs to be fired 2 times the 1 th firing cost me $40.00 for 11 ceramic casoral bowels and the items came out perfect at NM Clay for the 2th firing I took the bowels to this business called C & M Ceramics In Los Lunas on 2/12/17 which was the first mistake I ever made because I worked very hard on the Items the woman named Martha charged me $43.17 when i went back to get the ceramics bowels were damaged Martha stated that she never did firing that her late husband did all the firing and he passed on I took the bowels home and repaired them I took off the damage spots and reglazed the bowels then I took them back to be fired again when the dishes were ready I picked them again the bowels were damaged even worse then before. 

As soon as I walked into the business the owner was defensive the owner complained that I did not filter the glaze and I told her the bottle never said anything about filtering the glaze this lady named Martha does not know anything about ceramics because she said that the bowels might have had dirt on them, I ask her if that was the case why didn't she wipe it off before she put them in the kiln to be fired she is so confused that she don't even know if the kiln is disfunctional when I took them back to drop them off the son William was there and he was telling us about Items that had belonged to customers and got damaged I cant believe that this business is doing damage to items that customers work hard no, I hope she is shut down before she does any more damage to other customers. I payed $30.00 for the material alone plus the firing.This owner owes me $110.00
