I was recently was wrongfully terminated by c& m security an authorized adt dealer at 729 georgesville rd who I reported to the upper management of adt security services who didn't seem concerned concerned about the crooked behavior of mr. Craig Scites and mark penross who are co owners.
I recently started getting phone calls on my cell phone from my newly installed customers who were having issues with their equipment. I went out to discover on 8 different occasions that the newly installed homeowner had dsc brand equipment installed that was over 5-10 years old and was cleaned up and made to look new. I confronted Craig and mark about this issue and they threatened not to pay my commissions owed to me. I didn't know what to do at the time because I have a wife and baby on the way. I'm from the Spanish community and a lot of my customers where Spanish speaking and realized that Craig and mark thought they could intimidate me and rip off these unassuming homeowners.
To make matters worse I got a call from someone who almost had a home fire from the shoddy wiring the technicians they use that stapled wires to the walls instead of fishing them through. My holidays were ruined because Craig and mark refused to pay me the couple thousand in commission that they owed me which I luckily my parents could help my pregnant wife and I out otherwise we would have lost our apartment and our car. Before you ever have anything installed or consider doing business with these crooks I can have you call my unhappy and pissed off adt customers who adt refuses to let out of their agreement. Finally they tell you that they will waive the $99 install by writing a check with void on the back which is illegal by the adt. They still cash those checks in hopes you won't notice it

I am Craig Scites owner of C and M Security Services . This complain that is suppose to be from Jay is a total FABRICATION. Jay and I continue to be friends even after i let him go for personal reasons. We even have lunch together from time to time.
Jay has told me he would be happy to stand up in a court of law to state he did not post this rubbish.
That's all it is. We are a A- Rated company with the BBB that is the highest rating that we can have until we are in business for 3 years according to the BBB. As for the allegations of us using 5 to 10 year old equipment HA!!! we only use the latest in technology 3G and 4G cellular commutators and all new accessories that are delivered to our office on a weekly basis from our suppliers
We offer all of our customers a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. So to say we use old equipment is just silly. I can tell you that the systems we use where not even available 5 to 10 years ago. and as for the check allegation anyone with a high school diploma knows that a voided check can not be cashed and is of no use to a growing business.
I think it sad that this website first let someone post such slanderous garbage in the first place without any evidence or proof
then they expect the business owner to pay $2000.00 to have the trash removed.
This was clearly posted by someone that works for our competition in a poor attempt to cause waves for us the hard working honest business men of C and M Security Services.
Last but not least all of our Installers are certified by DSC and have over 20 years of experience in the industry so as far as the poor wiring allegations again total rubbish. SO in closing We at C and M Security hope that a customer would take the time to review the true facts of our company when choosing a security company We are also members of the Hill Top business association and the Franklinton board of trade and hold a perfect rating with the BBB so I can assure you that if any of the rubbish was true they would not be associated with us in any way.
