I first dropped my HTC EVO in a s****.>
At this point I am so so so done. I only messed up my phone ONCE and they kept sending me screwed up phones!! The Radio Shack Protection Customer Service manager I spoke to even emailed them to ask them to cash it out so I can get a new or a different model (which should have happened at 3rd time!!! Lemon laws, people).
UPS just brought me a package.
It's another HTC EVO!!!!! AUUGGGHHHH!!!
