Ca State Controllers Office Mr. Weeks john chiang closed/dissaproved my claim for "my and my deseased dads unclaimed property Sacramento Ca, California

     I, submitted a claim for myself and five for my deseased father who lived out here in Oakland Ca . We both were not born here which should be evident by our social security numbers. For myself I recognized an address in San Diego that I lived while i was serving this Country in the United States Marine Corps. Stationed at Camp Pendleton Ca back in the years of 1974 thru 1978. the claime was for only 142.00 for insurance that was due me because of over payment. And I recieved their denial letter stating I did not submit enough documents. I supplied them a copy of my california drivers license along with a copy of my social securty card. And they want proof that I lived there but I just did not keep rent reciepts that are over 35 years old. In fact I lost every thing i owned in the Merit Preaulta earth quack Not that They would have been able to even find them then. I know the state is in financial problems but they dont have to rip off the poor citizens as a result. And for my dads claim they returned my claim stating that our social security numbers were different. Well of course they are different we are two different individuals. But we do carry the same first and last names he is Jr and I am III Which lets me know that they do have his social security number which they should know that it is not a california social security number but one from South Carolina Where he was born. I Wonder if being black or Afro American had something to do with thier decision as evident when they saw the picture on my ca state drivers license. But its ok If the State needs money that badly they can keep it .It doesnt total over 600.00 for all claimes but mr controller and your employees may be able to have a party with it good luck and god bless.
