I bought a cable box to www.CableUSACatalog.com and the product was defective. I returned it back to Mr. David Quinn more than 7 month ago(Today is March 6th, 2003).

Every week i send an email asking to this guy about my cable box. Mr. David Quinn only respond one of each 15-20 emails sent, telling me that he is going to send the product next week. I have more than 6 month trying to find any way to force this guy to return my money or do the thing promised.

I am outside of the U.S. and for that reason i couldn't go there and hit this guy face.
