Cablevision promised a rebate of "up to $200.00" for us to switch from Verizon to Cablevision but after 6 months and providing the same paperwork approximately 6 times we are now being told Cablevision doesn't accept" it and wants more!
This is a scam. Cablevision has the worst sales, customer service and services. The internet speed is slow, the channels offered for tv are few and limited, the remote is bulky and awkward but above all the customer service is just plain lousy! You can call 3 times and ask the same question and get 3 different answers.
I urge anyone reading this to think long and hard about giving your money to such a shabby, untruthful company, they may appear cheaper but there is a reason for that... they just plain stink. STAY AWAY and DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES no matter how good the deal sounds.
