I just turned 18 and since I don't have credit or anyone to cosign for me to get into a new car like I wanted in the first place, I decided to go to Cactus Jacks on my own and buy this Jeep I thought would be a reliable car for me, my girlfriend, and my unborn son.
The 6th day I had the car I was about 40 miles from home at a car wash with my girlfriend, cleaning the car out when the battery died on me. I spent a few minutes under the hood contemplating what the problem might be so I had another guy give me a jump. Probably two minutes after I took the cables off and had it running again it died when I revved the engine. At this point I was furious because I knew my only options were to buy a new battery or have it towed back to Phoenix where I live. So I walked the short distance to Checker Auto to buy a battery, put it in and got it started.

Not even an hour later the check engine light came on and started running very sluggish. So I drove back home and saw that it had gone through a 1/4 tank of gas in less than 50 miles.. not right..I know.
Took the jeep to two different Auto Zones and had them scan the computer and both times it pulled p1762 -meaning other the governor pressure sensor had failed or there is internal transmission failure.
I called Cactus Jacks the same day and talked to the a*s who sold me the jeep and automatically started talking down to me and the people at Auto Zone like we don't know anything about cars.
I scheduled an appointment with them but they can't fit me in until a week and 2 days after the whole battery and check engine light incident.
The jeep is going back to the dealer on tuesday and I am going to nit pick the hell out of the car and make them fix more than what is in this report so far. My warranty is still in effect so they have to whether they like it or not right?

Just a list of what I'm going to have them fix/do:
1. Every power window doesn't work but the front passenger ( driver side fell off track one week ago)
2. Front suspension bushings need replaced
3. Flush ALL fluids under the hood
4. Check my spark plugs, fuel injectors, rotors, brake pads, oxygen sensor, egr valve, etc.
5. Vacuum my car because they can't manage to do it before they sell it

Oh yeah they would rather hit imaginary golfballs with their clubs than help you get into a car or answer the phone.
Great customer service!!!

Don't think about buying a car from them no matter how few miles it has or how reliable you think the car might be.
