Cactus Jacks 19th Ave And Camelback Trying to use my baby as an excuse not to fix car and acting stupied Phoenix Arizona

I went to Cactus Jacks, purchased a 1998 Honda Accord 4 Door. I thought it would be a good family car because I was told I was pregnant.

So I put my 1500 down payment and waited 7 hours for the guys to examine my car. Well a week later my fiance notices that my car vibrates when we drive so he looked at my tires. On my tires was a sh** load of Oil from my CV Boots they where totally gone.

So I called Cactus Jacks and told them about my problem and asked how come they didn't notice that in the inspection. I was told it wasn't there problem then not even an hour later I come to find out I have no HORN and Airbags!

Well I called the guys again they told me they would pay to get it fixed well and hour rolls around and they call and tell me its going to be 700.00 to replace them and that I SHOULDNT have them on because my life is more important then my unborn babys life. I told the guy It is against the law to sell cars and not tell the purchaser that the vehicle is a salvage vehicle. The service manager told me how do you know its salvage I replied I am not stupied. You can't tell me you purchased a car without getting a history report your a car dealership you should know.

So now I am still fighting with them for my airbags and 3 MONTHS later I still havent recieved my plates I call they tell me someone will contact me and they still haven't.
