Cakes 'n Things and Candy Mold Central are out of business as the founder passed away. In the same location is our new business SweetTreatSupply.com. We have no former employees, a new web site location and new products offerings. If you experience shipping issues, please contact us via the web. Thank you.

First, Cakes N Things does not ship to the Bahamas which is where you are located. We also don't ship to forwarding services.
Since you did not find the Bahams in the list of countries we ship to you selected Florida, US and entered 00000 as a zip code as the Billing Address for the credit card used.
That is fraudulent information. You wanted to order our merchandise so bad that you were willing to enter fraudulent information to get it and admittedly did.
Secon, you then entered an address of a forwarding service, PCL Imports in Fort Lauderdale Florida. This also violates our terms of use and the Shipping Options listed on the website.
Maybe not fraudulent information on the Shipping Address entered, but you knowingly violated our shipping policies.
Finally, we refunded the total amount of your order when it was canceled as we always do.
There was no rip off. You are just angry because we enforced our policies and procedurs, PLAINLY stated on our website.
