I went to this company looking to print on my bottles and based on the website it looked like a great place to do business with ... Wrong!! I hade the owner Abu Abraham a deadline to have my bottles done he say he can definitely reach the deadline and he has experience with my type of bottles before. He wanted to charge me more for some design service which I refused and he got upset that I wouldn't pay for it so he wanted revenge. He did not have my bottles done by the deadline in fact he didn't start on the project until the day before the deadline so when I got my bottles the print was still wet. The print was smudged the bar codes were smudged I contacted the owner Abu Abraham which he didn't return my call for 3 weeks and he stated that's how they print and there is nothing they can do. I requested my money back and he stated sometimes you have to take a loss in business and he wanted to charge me for the whole thing again. What!!! So this has turned into my fault. He didn't want to fix the issue and stated I would need to pay again full price He did not prepare a sample for me to review before he started the work and now i have 500 bottles that are Absolutely Ruined that I cannot use. When contacted again Abu Abraham called me a "desperate idiot "and he stated "I don't know how to run my business and I was upset because my business isn't making money" Wow how did I deserve this when all I wanted was a service. He refused to refund my money or fix the issue. I now have to take legal action toward this company. Do NOT do business with this company the owner Abu Abraham lies constantly and makes excuses for the horrible work that he has done and he blames it on his customers. It states on the website that company has been in business for 60 years but per the reported docs they have only been in business for 3 years. Another lie they tell!! This has been a horrible experience for me!!!

Let me start by saying this: She did take us to court and she LOST. The judge caught her in lies/inconsistencies and ruled against her.
This woman has gone on every single website she could find to bad mouth us. If you look at her reviews on Yelp, all she does is bad mouth businesses with horror stories. After awhile, you have to consider that perhaps it's not the businesses, but the person themselves as the problem. But that's neither here nor there.
The version of her story is peppered with exaggerations and not the whole truth. I never insulted her until she threatened my family. She came into our office in the midst of the dispute and refused to leave. The Sheriff had to be called to escort her off the property. She threatened my family by saying, "You are going down. And your wife and kids are going down with you." Now, i dont really mind the empty threats towards me, but against my family? This is business -- please dont drag family and kids into it.
The problem with this client was communication. She never remembered anything we told her over the phone and had quite the revisionist history. There were artwork charges she needed to pay, but we understood her point of view and we WAIVED the fee. She was under a tight budget and so we helped her out the best we could. We also did other things for FREE for her, which she convienently forgot to mention.
We advised her prior to her job that the bottle is a difficult one to print, but we have done it before. We showed her those similar bottles and the challenges -- she gave us the green light to move forward even with all that information.
The other thing she is wrong about is our Company (CAL DEC) has indeed been around for 60 years....we just happened to be the 3rd owners and purchased the company 4 years ago. We have over 500 clients all of whom are happy with our services -- both final product and customer service.
Every once in awhile you get a client who is a bad apple -- it happens. This client was definitely in a league of her own. But if you research our company in any way, you can only see one negative review (same review on multiple sites) by this woman. So, if our company has one negative review over 60 years (or...ahem...4 years) out of all the 100's of clients and millions of bottles we print, then we will take it!
