Do not trust Cahrles Rosales, he is a complete fraud. He owes multiple companies and then files for Bankruptcy and opens a new Corporation so he can do it all over again.

Beware most of his checks bounce and he will not pay. Once you start collecting he is rude threats you and blows you off once it gets serious please do not do business with this man it is not worth it.
