Cal Worthington-Anchorage Alaska Cheated on new truck purchase. Anchorage, Alaska

I purchased a new truck from Cal Worthington and I wanted to share my experience. I thought I was getting a good deal with all the discounts they offer and I even recieved the military discount. However, two weeks after I purchased the truck they dropped the MSRP on all their new trucks by $10000 to get rid of the old stock. So basically I threw away the money I put down, or lined the pockets of the salesman. The same truck I paid $39000 for was selling for just under $29000. I went back to complain about getting the shaft. I talked to my original salesman and his boss. I was informed they new about the sale but that was the way business is and there is nothing they could do for me.

  I was pissed to say the least. The truck I wanted to get was $47000 originally but marked down to $36900 two weeks later. I was also shocked when I went to ford.com and priced the truck I purchase for $39000, now going for 28900ish during the sale. After I configured my options on the website the truck I bought totalled slightly over $28000. So Cal basically marks their inventor out the roof and "gives" huge discounts as a ploy. Even if i paid $10000 less that what I did it still would have been more than what ford.com says it should be.
