Calcellular twice shipped defective parts and refuses to issue refund - argumentative Monterey Park California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Calcellular twice shipped defective parts--defective laptop chargers. They refuse to issue refund even after the second item is defective.

As the price of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, I requested a refund after the second charger was defective.

Customer support became argumentative.
