Caliber Home Loans filed trustee sale on my property in Dec 2015 ignoring Dual Tracking Laws .

There are thousands of complaints in the internet regarding this company.When the Federal Goverment will intervene ?

Caliber Home Loans Inc. My escrow should be at $380 currently, without notifying us an extra payment to our current company or $884 was paid bringing the negative balance on my end to $1,986.66. CALIBER HOME LOANS they gave me a disount on percentage rates and a lower monthly payment. After 3 years they sell the loan to fayer servicing and then I found out that they had added $30,000. to the back of the loan. I thought they were folling the rules regarding the HARP program. I had no idea they were going to do that. Are they allowed to do that? Internet
