They don't fire you Lori (crazy liar and I hear kiss A**) because you actually show up to work.  But we like that you work there, it gives the place a great reputation (snicker giggles)  The truth be known, they won't hire competent people who are Armenian - oh no way.  We hope you are there forever and ever.  Each time you drive up that miserable driveway and see the word "Armenian" rmember who your momma is.  Who owns you.

If kidnappers called the ransom amount the returning person fee would it bedazzle the system again? WASHINGTON More than 90 percent of nursing homes employ one or more people who have been convicted of at least one crime, federal investigators said Wednesday in a new report. In addition, they said, 5 percent of all nursing home employees have at least one criminal conviction.

The report was issued by Daniel R. Levinson, inspector general of the Department of Health and Human Services, who obtained the names of more than 35,000 nursing home employees and then checked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to see if they had criminal records.

Our analysis of F.B.I. criminal history records revealed that 92 percent of nursing facilities employed at least one individual with at least one criminal conviction, Mr. Levinson said. Nearly half of nursing facilities employed five or more individuals with at least one conviction. For example, a nursing facility with a total of 164 employees had 34 employees with at least one conviction each.

Charlene A. Harrington, a professor at the School of Nursing of the University of California, San Francisco, said: This sounds like a very important study. It cries out for additional regulation. Residents in these homes are so vulnerable.

The inspector general said that no federal law or regulation specifically required nursing homes to check federal or state criminal history records for prospective employees. Ten states require a check of F.B.I. and state records, Mr. Levinson said, while 33 require a check of state records, and the remainder do not have explicit requirements.

Given the patchwork of requirements, people convicted of crimes in one state have been able to obtain jobs at nursing homes in other states. Moreover, Mr. Levinson said, Some states allow individual nursing facilities to make decisions regarding the employability of individuals with criminal convictions, while others rely on a state agency.

Senator Herb Kohl, Democrat of Wisconsin, who has investigated nursing homes as chairman of the Aging Committee, said: The current system of background checks is haphazard, inconsistent and full of gaping holes in many states. Predators can easily evade detection during the hiring process, securing jobs that allow them to assault, abuse and steal from defenseless elders.
The most common types of conviction were for crimes against property, like burglary, and drug-related offenses. But some nursing home employees had been convicted of crimes against persons, like assault.

Federal rules say that nursing homes must not employ people who have been found guilty of abusing, neglecting or mistreating patients. But F.B.I. records do not always indicate if the victim was a nursing home resident.

Most of the convictions occurred before the offenders began working in nursing homes. But for 16 percent of employees with convictions, the most recent offense occurred after they had started work in a nursing home.

Joshua M. Wiener, an expert on long-term care at RTI International, a nonprofit research institute, said nursing homes had historically had difficulty recruiting and retaining employees, especially nurses aides, who he said were paid an average starting wage of $10 an hour.

Dr. Harrington said that many nursing homes did background checks in a perfunctory way, and that some did not check people who applied for housekeeping, food service or laundry jobs.

Even some of the better nursing homes have problems with theft, rampant theft of residents clothing and personal possessions, including jewelry, Dr. Harrington said. People convicted of crimes are often left alone with nursing home residents because the supervision of care is, in many homes, very inadequate.

The new health care law offers $160 million to states to improve criminal background checks on prospective employees at nursing homes and other providers of long-term care.

For someone who professes to be a "Vanessa Victim" you sure are going at this gung h*o, why such guilt and covering of something.

IMO I think this home in Fresno has some issues and they are going through some tough times with a lot of changes and new board people that are going to clean house on everyone.  Our familes built this place and we are not going to sit back while it is destroyed with our name on it. 

The laws and medical people are on our side, there is no one on the side of the facility except those that want to hold onto their jobs.  THe majority want change and agree with our families and grow tired of the politics and greed.

I have all the lexis nexis soft ware not the amateur online stuff you are using.  This is not an arrest it was a misunderstanding that the facility had on the law.  It clearly states "misdemeanor" big deal that is like my kids toilet papering a house.  If you are some hot shot Attorney can't you afford the real stuff.

This girl by the name of Lori Quinn DOB 9/5 1972 caused a lot of trouble for our facilty by trying to place a family member under arrest a few times (after she was told never to do this) she was caught taking photos and doing other unprofessional things regarding privacy violations that are happening at the home.  derlection of duty, abandoning her station, neglect of elderly, caught on camera purchasing somethng in the parking lot out of the back of another car.

On 7/6/1972 the family came to visit my aunt and was erronously served papers that were incorrect according to law, family members cannot be seperated from another family member that is in a home that operates on government funds (this home rakes in over $16 million)

Therewas never an arrest, the officer escorted my family out and asked Vanessa to appear at a later date.  regarding the stupid TRO which is invalid.  Vanessa has full rights to the facilty and her mother or the government money will be stopped to the facility MediCAID and Health and Human Services is very clear on this.

My aunt was already traumatized by a Bennet Kelley who tried to unsucessfully sue Vanessa over Freedom of Speech rights (it is not defamation if it is true and never attempted to sue journalist that wrote about the same issues.)  and couldn't serve my cuz instead he went to her parents home and like a little chicken s**t that he is had the process server place it in the hands of her 80 year old mother.  This was contempt of court and not a favorable action by the legal people in Fresno.

The only thing that will happen next is the arrest of the person that operates the place and has questionable financial issues and has posed as a physician.

I know quite a few people too, and many have had nonsense police events filed.  Anyone can have anything filed on anyone.  Doesn't mean it is true or factual or anything about that person's character at all.  Vanessa is not crazy she just speaks the truth about people and their bullshit.  Including the charter schools that are sadly now under federal investigation and have already been shut down in many states.  This is verifiable, and she is in good company with many well known people that have spoken out against this abuse of the American education system. 

I am proud of her and the rest for that.  As far as the Goose network website it is not any more legit than the opinions of a particular attorney that wears a Donkey suit and has no career what so ever.  All of that is verifiable and can be viewed on "60 minutes" as well as on line, currently there are 5 federal investigations on them.

Citizens Arrest mean nothing and there is no convictions or anything on file.  So Bennie or Ray or whoever is making all of these fake posts, you can rest assured you will never get Vanessa or anyone else in our community, you know we are too powerful for you.  The officer was Greg Jouroyan, and is a family friend of the Kachadurians.  In fact, did her a big favor to pad the file against the hospital even more than it has with the county, state, and federal agencies.

But the bigger question is why are you continuing your sour grapes after your sorry loss against Vanessa where you got no judgment, no anything but embarassment.
There isn't a person out there that has anything positive to say about adoption agencies these days.  Or spam marketers which you use to represent but no longer do because I heard from other Internet Attorneys that they dropped you because of your low character.
No one wants to hire that Attorney so the poor b*****d has to work for free promoting himself.

The one that is the true criminal is that woman at our California Armenian Home she is trouble and is in trouble.  As well as the Administrator that is making $170,000 a year while paying the poor lower end workers nothing.
Then posing as a physician.  That is serious, very serious.   There is about 18 of us that are willing to go to court, jail or whatever it takes to have her removed from our home so that we can operate it the way it was intended.

Vanessa claims (in one of the many fake profiles on this site) that the arrest does not matter because she was found "not guilty."  So?  Just the fact that you are arrested multiple times says something about an individual.  I don't know about you, but I don't know anyone personally who has been arrested...and I know quite a few people.  So, perhaps Vanessa (who is not an attorney, just an unemployed medical equipment sales rep) has an "attorney friend" who is getting her off the hook.  Good for her.

If you were an Attorney you would know that but then, most Attorneys "twist things for a buck" anyway.   There was another desperate individual that created fake web sites too, then was scolded by a Fresno Federal Judge (that also knows Vanessa) Hmmm wonder if he is back for more fun with the clan.

You know I also heard that Kachadurian was jailed for stealing chicken soup from a homeless person.  Then there was the time she was arrested for sharing her  happy meal at mcdonalds with a cat on the street.  the last time she was arrested was for putting the wrong stamp on a letter to me in Yerevan.

Vanessa has no arrests for anything on her record because none of her police events were anything except false police reports.  The District Attorney's in America don't bother with that especially with people who have money to fight it, they don't have time for stupid crap or the resources.  Anyone can call the police at anytime for anything.  As I hear it from California Armenian Home's legal counsel (cough cough wink wink) Lori was instructed to never call the police on anyone ever again and has been somewhat of a problem for the facilty there in Fresno. 

I am an Attorney in Armenia and we have a big family in Fresno that is quite correct about the human rights abuses.  My cousin may get too passionate about her defense of our community and culture but I assue you that she is not the one responsible for this.  We will jump in an defend her everytime and anytime someone messes with our community and our culture.

She "never spent the night in jail" that is false.  Besides the police in Fresno don't have such a great reputation our other relative is the City of Fresno Police Department's Chief Counsel and has to clear up all of their mistakes and activity.  Recently she had to represent an officer that was giving a date rape drug to his partner.

Doesn't appear Ms. Kachadurian has any problems with lawyers since she worked in one of the most prestigious law firms in Fresno while going to college not to mention her family is full of Attorneys and Judges.  Except for one freaky self-labeled "Internet Attorney" that can't find any work in Los Angeles beside freebie writings of his opinion that have gotten him no where except lost cases while he harasses other attorneys and innocent people.

First thing is first.  The criminal's name is spelled correctly above.  She is the one making these untruthful posts.  She has a history of trolling the internet and harassing people in the legal world, the adoption world, and the charter school world.  Google her name and you will also see that she has been arrested...I know of three times and once she spent the night in jail.  Vanessa is a very sick person and should get help soon.
