Did you know that taxifornia does NOT have to prove due process even by their own corrupt rules?

I moved out in mid 2014 and never looked back.

I NEVER got a letter yet alone one sent by a process server pertaining to their DECEITFUL percetion of ENTITLEMENT to my money so they can give it to illegal aliens (a very small contribution compared to the 26 BILLION+ they give every year).

Looking at the state FTB site... they do NOT have to prove they sent letters even though they KNOW (via other venues) that you are no longer a victim of their dictatorial taxation because you moved out of state.

Literally the VICTIM is held to a higher standard of proving their INNOCENCE than the state is of proving the accused's guilt, now how does that work??

Ever wonder WHY the state ELIMINATED following the 5th amendment to the U.S. Constitution?? Because doing things LEGALLY is a major pain when you're stealing money from the poor and those who have had their representation TAKEN AWAY by the state legislators in favor of those who are here ILLEGALLY.

What really sucks is there are lawyers and others who have no clue what the state can and does get away with, and yet they claim to be professionals... Then you have federal credit unions that do NOT abide by federal laws that protect their members.
