California Laminated Products - Richard Moyer Buyer Beware Strongly Suggest Avoiding this Contractor Sacramento California

The company gives low quotes and entices with what appears to be a good deal (free items that don't exist - ie their web site "freekitchencabinets dot com") - but as the old adage goes, if it sounds too good to be true... it is, and this is the case with California Laminated Products. Their service is terrible, responses to questions are extremely slow, and they do not work with you on understanding what you are getting. This was exactly what happened with them in my case - they ordered the wrong size kitchen cabinets (so obviously the wrong size for out kitchen it is completely insane).

My wife and I are still trying to get our kitchen cabinets finished by them, and they messed up the order and refuse to take responsibility for it (even though it was their guy who came and measured and wrote up the designs, etc. - but don't get me started on the incompetency of the guy who measured...). In conversations with them trying to get the issues resolved, they resorted to very personal insults and threats. They are now constantly giving us the "we are working on it, and will call you back" line so many times (when I do call and actually talk to someone), that I'm debating whether my only course of action is the long drown-out legal action - as I now have no kitchen (yes, they took everything out before they realized they ordered the wrong thing). I would never recommend them to anyone, and will warn everyone to avoid them at all costs.
