***Dropped calls. Overcharge on bank withdrawl. Unresponsive management. Dismissive and condescending "CEO".***

Our small business contracted Call Creator Plus a few months ago under a contract that promised a certain number of pre-screened calls. Technically, we did receive close to the promised number of calls--however, many of those calls were transfered dropped. Furthermore, their system did not allow us to write notes in real time and therefore we could not document the issues we had with our campaign. This was ultimately used against us and the administration was very unprofessional addressing our concerns. 

We were promised 60-90 insurance lead calls for almost $1,000 with a discount of $100. Out of those we received about a dozen legitimate transfers, the rest the calls the representative transfered us to a dropped call, basically no one was on the line when we answered. Many of the potential "clients" on the line were oblivious what the call was about--it was the same as calling random numbers from a phone book and doing cold calling-which is obviously free.

We have experience working with other lead companies and never experienced this level of service. Our previos closing rate was 40-60% and therefore this seem like a reasonable investment to us. All in all, we received about 12 legitimate leads/transfers, we closed on 2-3 of those. Before we could discuss the results of our campaing, Call Creator Plus proceded to make a charge to our account without honoring their promised discounted fee, our marketing budget had been calculated precisely and it was the end of the month, therefore, their charge bounced. 

Our company immediately contacted Call Creator Plus to discuss our account, we took full responsibility for making a payment that was reflective of the services we actually received and we were very professional and thorough in our message. We requested that all futher communication be in writing as to avoid any further confusion. 

We received no real response, there was no resolution other than the sales agent telling us the "CEO" would talk to us. We were waiting for an email for weeks. Instead, an unauthoraized charge was made to our bank account for $779. When we contacted the bank they informed us that there were serveal other clients who were having similar disputes with Call Creator Plus as they do not use a credit card to take payment but instead get your bank account information, therefore making it very difficult for clients to report fraud and retrieve unauthorized charges.

After the unauthorized charge we contacted CCP again and asked to be refunded until our grievances were addressed, the negotiations were completed, and a mutually agreable resolution was reached. The "CEO" Ryan Riley responded quite unprofessionally, trying to use against us what makes up most of their clients--the fact that we are a yound company with a limited marketing budget. He was condescending and dismissive, finally closing his message with "stop wasting our time". 

This is by far the worse customer service and product quality I have received from any company we have worked with. The business practices employed by CCP and their administration are unethical and represent a great risk to young entrepreneurs who have limisted funds to invest in their marketing. In a competitive market, business owners understand that customer service and ehtical business are the key to thriving and sustainable success. 

We hope this report helps other young business owners make a desicion when selecting a lead company to work with. If you are looking to make a solid investment and develop productive professional relationships Call Creator Plus is definitely NOT it.
