Calpers hired Joseph A. Dear in February of 2009, just a month before the financial reports were published by the Washington State Investment Board. As it reads on CalPers website, "....served as Executive Director for the Washington State Investment Board. In this role, Mr. Dear served as the Board's Chief Executive Officer, overseeing a staff of 73 to implement the Board's investment policy decisions. Mr. Dear was responsible for more than $67.6 billion.
What it fails to mention is that JOSEPH DEAR HAS ABSOLUTELY NO FINANCIAL TRAINING.......AND HE LOST OVER $18 BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THE WASH. STATE INVEST. BOARD......$18 BILLION!!

Perhaps Mr. Dear gained his expertise while pounding the books at Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington while obtaining a degree in Political Economy?? What the hell is that? Does this school really exist?
If Joe Dear does not impress you with his financial performance, perhaps his "Louis Voutton" hair piece will thrill you. It is indeed, the worst rug I have ever seen.
Way to go California! Hire a card carrying democrat and lie about his credentials........love it!
