Cingular Wireless Dishonest Fraudulent Billing and No Response To 3 Validation Of Debt Request Hawthorne New York

I request validation in writing certify mail receipt return back in July and in September 2006 verbal request none received VOD. Calvary's has never sent any valid proof that this account belong to me. I have spoken with several collection agents at this firm confirming the received of the Validation of debts requests. I have request several investigations with all 3 credit bureau concerning this matter only to receive the accuracies reporting (remain) status.

Calvary Portfolio reported this account was open back in March 2005 with outstanding balance $1300.00 from original creditor Cingular Wireless; I haven't been notify of the debt in writing before .According to the FDCPA the CA must provide to the consumer request within 30days with valid proof no printout of records is not valid.

I do understand under the FCRA any "furnisher of information" must put the account rating on hold while the debt is being investigated. Continuing to report this disputed debt to my credit reports is a FCRA violation.

I have recent file a complaint with the following:

On 10th of October I have contact all three bureaus requesting for a VOD investigation on this matter, providing a copy of all VOD that was forward to Calvary.
