i paid for this stupid holiday in sept 05, then had a family member pass away, and didnt want the holiday, they tried to make me take another 1 and offered me all this other bullshit, and i just wanted a refund, that in the end they promised, which never happened, and wont return calls or anything. i did everything they asked to get a refund, returned there airmail package. wrote them a written letter and tryed many times on the phone. they always say that everything is recorded and every detail is kept, and when u ring them they never no wat your talkking about or they transfer you to somwhere else and get hung up on. now there ringing me again saying they want to make it right. but not by giving my money back but offering me the same bullshit deal. than when i tell them i want my money, she tells me" ok hold on ill see wat we can do for you. puts me on hold and hangs up. with no return call. these guys need to be hung out to dry and have there joint shut down. i want my money bak, how can you help. thanks.
