On Aug 3, 2013, cam4 sent a bank transfer or $1525.00 to me.  After 10 days I wrote and asked them about it.  They replied very rudely that I need to be patient because it is an international transfer.  After one month they said they are not sure why iut is taqking so long.

After many email, they finallygave me Skype address of Webmasterchecks, who handle money transfers.  Webmasterchecks verified that the wrong information was given to them by cam4, that they have the confirmation code and that there is nothing they can do.

I've written to cam4 at least 20 times.  A month ago they said they put out a bank trace.  Now they won't even reply to me.

This is my hard earned money.  I have no guilt in this matter.  Someone at cam4 gave the wrong information and I don't know where my money was sent.  My bank manager says that money sent to a non existing bank automatically bounces back in a couple of days and there is no way that money disappears into thin air.

I really had hoped that cam4 was a serious company, not out to rip off people.  I still have hope that we can work this out.

Thank you, Kim from Cam4 and Christine from Crosstown Services!

The problem has been resolved.

I have faith again in Cam4.  The problem was in lack of communication from the banks involved.  That does not excuse how uninformed and rude the first people I had contact with at cam4 but I will be humble and accept that it was not Cam4's fault.
