I parked behind HoundDogs Bar on North High Street on 8/24. I was careful not to park in a reserved spot and parked in a regular spot. I went into the bar and then left after a bit to go across the street for an hour. I came back and my car was gone.
I'd been coming to this HoundDogs for the past year and this has never happened. CAMCAR had a guy sitting in the lot waiting for people to leave and then would have them towed. It didn't matter if you just wanted to go to the ATM and then go into the bar.
My advice is not to frequent the establishment. It's not worth having to pay $110 to go to a dive bar like HoundDogs or Ravari Room. The CAMCAR guy said that it was the owner of the property that had contracted them to tow cars. It's all a big money-making scheme!

If you leave the property to go to another place and you leave your car then your taking up space that another custormer would have to park in and yes there are alot of place's where they ask towing companys to just sit on there property and tow cars if a person leaves the property and dosent come back within a certain time limit if you are done with the bar then take your car where you go next common sense would tell you this
