Capital Acquisitions & Management Company
@ 303 N Main Street
Rockford,IL 61125
I have been harassed by this company for $7802.18 from an account I know nothing about. When I asked for information about this account Susan Stone (1.866.459.0627 ext 825) became very nasty as was everyone within the company.
I stated that I was not going to pay for this without knowing what this was about. Susan then stated that they would reduce the amount owed to $2660.00, if I send the money right away. I refused.
Susan then called me several time more in a 20 min. period. My supervisor then took the phone and told her that this was a company phone and to please not call it again, she was cussed out and they still called back, Susan has stated that she will continue to harass me for life.

Leave it to sCamco!
She called you at your place of business. She called you several times within 20 minutes.
GOOD!
Sounds like you're on your way to making some $$$ off of them.
They're criminals operating within pseudo-legal limits. Scamsters that hide behind threats and legal SOUNDING lies.
Don't be in too much of a rush to get rid of the callers. RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION. Start collecting some juicy complaint fodder. It's going to come in handy.
Next send off a request for validation so you can add their Cracker Jack Box version of an affidavit to your collection of small claims evidence.
Then file a dispute and C&D.
MAKE sure you get the first and last name of every Camco employee that contacts you. Write it down. Write down the date and a few notes.
Then file complaints with the FTC, Illinois AG, Illinois BBB (they'll love that one) and if they persist in calling you after you've filed the C&D and you're done playing. Contact the FBI.
Don't stop there.
File suit in small claims. Post messages anywhere you can. Tell your friends. Get the word out.
THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCUMBAGS.
IT'S TIME THEY WERE STOPPED.
