I received letter on 9/02/04 claiming a balance of $1,271.14 owed on a firstcard account, which they claim they purchased from fourscore resource capital.
Checked credit bureau and found no outstanding balance owed by myself on anything.

I filed a fraud alert with credit bureau and closed credit card accounts after only getting a voice at number given.
