I went online today to see if this company had a website , and was amazed by all of this companies complaints. I too live in California along with most of the people on this site. I have yet to receive phone calls from them as they can't seem to get my current #.

I have however recived numerous letters from them on a company that they say I have $2,000 in debt with. I have noticed this compnay on my credit report and indeed it seems to be affecting my credit report. How can I deal with the credit report issue legally ? Could this be a debt that was re-opened and because it was re-opened that is why it's on my credit report ? If so is this legal. I want to hear what others are doing about this issue. I am so grateful that I came across this site. THANK YOU !!!
