Camden Apartments, Camden Harborview fees, fees and more fees, $1000's literaly, STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS!! Long Beach California

At the begining everything looked so beutiful and easy, the whole complex looks great and the apartments are new, moving in was nice, but it just took a month to realize the serious mistake we have made.
Since this is a corporate nationwide company, you became a number automaticly and there's nothing you can do to fix that.

THE FIRST SURPRISE: GAS BILL: $ 47
No, thats no a lot of money, but it is when there are NO GAS APPLIANCES in the apartment... everything was electric, nothing runs on gas in the apartment.

THEIR EXPLANATION: First they insisted that the dryer was a gas dryer, over and over, but in customer service they just think you are an idiot who can't see behind the dryer to see the gas hook up, so when they realize I looked and found out there's no gas conection, they change their story to " gas is billed based on occupancy..." so, you are paying based on the number of residents that live in there, sometimes you pay close to $100/month just to take a shower a day and dry some clothes.... so over my 15 month contract i have paid A LOT for GAS, having NO GAS APPLIANCES!!!!

THE SECOND SURPRISE: late payment fee, $100.00
If it is the 3rd of the month, and if is getting close to 12.00 at midnight, you better start running with the check to the box! I got a late payment notice sticking on my door, saying pay or leave, at 5.00 AM of the 4th, they are waiting for you to fail for a minute, so they can hit you with the fees!

Got many of this notes, and many late fees, remember nothing matters to them, just their money, that all. They did refund a cuple of late fees, 2 or 3, but the last one was a Bank error, I pay with a check and for some reason the money didnt came out of my bank account (money was sitting in there) and voila! here's the "pay or leave " note at my door again! This time, they didnt refund it, saying: WE HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED MANY TIMES, THIS TIME WE WONT, EVEN KNOWING IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT!
no thats not a joke, it is what they told me!!! seriously.

THE THIRD SURPRISE: Final inspection, deposit refund
Finally i got out of my lease with this scammers, spent 2 entire days cleaning my aparment cause i knew they will found something to keep my $400 deposit.
Apartment was in better condition that when i moved in, spent $200 in cleaning products, carpet cleaning, everithing was shiny, but......

they charge me $ 100 for professional cleaning, $100 for paint, $80 for carpet cleaning, $60 for trash, so out of my $400 deposit I got less than $100, and believe me when i say the apartment was in a great condition, they claimed my apartment was in Excellent condition when i moved in, but it wasn't I had to clean all the windows, and no pre-move in inspection was done, they just gave me the key...

I got several small surprises i can't recall right now, like the Marihuana smell at my door step, with my 4 year old kid palying arround, and so on, i could be here for days writing, but At least you know that if you Move in into this apartments, you'll PAY !!!!!
