Camden-Grey Essential Oils WARNING: Fake Essential Oils From CamdenGrey.com Doral, Florida

Camden-Grey Essential Oils, Inc is a SCAM organization selling FAKE essential oils. Here is my experience of dealing with this awful company and their FAKE product: I purchased a large container of "Grapefruit Ginger" essential oil from Camden-Grey, because this is my favorite scent for around the house and they offered a fair price. I have used this type of essential oil for several years and so am very clear on what such an oil should smell like if it is genuine. Within a reasonable amount of time, I received a bottle of oil from them labelled "Grapefruit Ginger." However, the oil inside did not smell anything like grapefruit or ginger, and in fact smelled like the cheap floral fragrance oils you might purchase in a drug store. I wrote back to them politely asking if the bottle may have been mislabeled. In order for them to correct the issue, they demanded that I send them a sample of their own product. I complied with this request, but Camden-Grey would take no action after they had received this sample from me. Finally, I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau, after which co-owner "Vivian" began sending me rude and harassing emails. Grapefruit Ginger: A citrus blend of grapefruit, bergamot, lime, lemon and orange is combined with fruity notes of pear, pineapple, apple, and peach, rose, violet, jasmine, gardenia and lilac, linen, minty spearmint and wintergreen, warmed with balsamic pine, vera moss, green leafy tea accords, and base notes of clove spice and musk. I did reply.  I asked you to mail us a very small sample so we could make a determination whether or not an error took place.  Perhaps the reply did not make it thru at your end.  We cannot replace products without actual confirmation.

They are selling a fragrance-based product--essential oil--and they "don't have time for the nonsense of" the product not smelling even remotely like the actual product they are purporting to sell. Camden-Grey Essential Oils, Inc. Whether or not I receive this refund (after three months of pursuing relief from this terrible company) remains to be seen. But one thing is clear: Camden-Grey Essential Oils, Inc is a SCAM organization selling FAKE essential oils. I have posted this to hopefully save others from having to deal with this awful company and the bulldog co-owner "Vivian." The essential oils this company is selling are not genuine, and they are completely unrepentant about this fact.
