THIS DEALERSHIP IS A WASTE OF TIME. I HAVE GOOD CREDIT NEVER MISSED ANY OF MY PAYMENTS BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN I CHECK MY CREDIT its a 683 WITH THEM IT SHOWS ZERO I DONT KNOW. SO WHEN I BOUGHT MY FIRST 2014 HYUNDAI ELANTRA SE RED W 5MILES ON IT AT CAMELBACK HYUNDAI ON SEPT 15TH 2014 IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE TO BEGIN W DEALING W JUSTIN WHO WAS THE MGR AT THE TIME AS I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR ANEW CAR N I ASKED FOR PRICES OVER THE PHONE HE GOT MAD BECAUSE I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD ANY STICK SHIFTS AS I DIDNT WANT A AUTOMATIC . SO HE GOES I DONT NEGOTIATE PRICES OVER THE PHONE YET ITS A SIMPLE QUESTION LATER LEARNING THATS TACTIC TO GET FOLKS DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO CORNER THEM ON PRICES SO THEN I TOLD THEM(HIM JUSTIN) AFTER 3XS HIM HANGING UP IN MY FACE GOT PISSED AND DROVE DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP SO . I TOLD HIM I WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON WHEN I CAME DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP AS I KNEW HE WOULD BE TOO COWARD TO MEET ME HAD I TOLD HIM IT WAS MAHALIA WELL SO HE CAME OUT ALL APPOLOGETIC UNLIKE HOW DOGMATIC HE APPEARED OVER THE PHONE SO I ENDED UP BUYING A CAR THAT NIGHT COULDNT TAKE IT HOME CUZ THEY DIDNT TRUST ME TO GO HOME AS MOST DEALERSHIPS ALLOW YOU TO BRING THE PAPERWORK BACK THE NEXT DAY NOT THEM I DIDNT GET MY CAR FOR 3 DAYS, THEY WANTED ALL SORTS OF INFO WHICH I SUPPLIED BUT DIDNT GET MY CAR FOR 3 DAYS WAS PISSED N ENDED UP W AN A/T TRANNY . LATER TO FIND OUT THEY HAD STICK SHIFTS JUST THEY WANTED TO PUSH ALL THE 2014S THAT WERE A/T ALL OUT REALLY PISSED ME OFF CUZ IT WAS TOO LATE I ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT SO AFTER THAT LIKE 3 MOS LATER I GOT AN OFFER FROM MY CREDIT UNION OFFERING TO REFINANCE MY VEHICLE FOR 3 % LESS THAN WHAT THEY GOT ME AT ON HYUNDAI  WHICH WAS I ORIGINALLY TELLING THEM IAM NOT WILLING TO GO OVER 300 A MONTH THEY SAID FINE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT CAMELBACK HYUNDAI I DIDNT TRADE MY 2007 CHEVY COBALT IN THAT WAS STICK BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WOULD RAISED MY PAYMENTS SO I THEN SIGNED MY CAR OVER TO MY COUSIN WHO LATER TOOK OVER THE FINANCING ON THAT CAR WHICH WAS $280 A MONTH. SO $300 WAS FINE AS I WASNT TRYING TO GO OVER $500 MO TOTAL FOR MY INSURANCE AND CAR PAYMENT I GET DOWN TO CAMELBACK HYUNDAI THEY SAID . THEY COULD DO IT AT $325 N IF THAT WAS ALRIGHT I WAS COOL THEN I GET A CALL THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK AND RESIGN PAPERWORK ONLY TO FIND MY PAYMENT WENT UP THEN WENT UP BY $10 THEN EVENTUALLY 30 MORE TO ADD GAP WHICH WAS NEVER ADDED INTO THE ORIGINALLY PAYMENT AMOUNT WE DISCUSSED TALK ABOUT CROOKED CROOKS N SCAM ARTS I HATE CAMELBACK AFTER THIS THEN I FIGURE I HAD A GOOD HIGH CREDIT SCORE TO REFINANCE MY CAR THROUGH MY BANK FROM 11% TO 8% I WENT DOWN TO 330 BUT HAD TO AD GAP MADE IT $340.00 THEN I FIGURE OKAY NOW I WANT A BIGGER CAR I GO BACK TO CAMELBACK HYUNDAI WAS TOLD JUSTIN IS NO LONGER THERE BECAUSE OF THINGS HE'S DONE , WAS THEN GREETING BY A SALES PERSON NAMED ANDREW"TIGER" AND THEN LATER "TANYA" WHO WERE AWESOME THEN TANYA INTRODUCED ME TO JOHNNY A SALES MGR OR SOMETHING .... HE GOES AFTER I GAVE HIM MY INFO THAT SUPPOSEDLY MY CREDIT SCORE WAS NOT SHOWING UP I WAS LIKE I KNOW IM 717 IN ONE PLACE 690 IN ANOTHER N THEN 683 IN ANOTHER SO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET NEW FINANCING PLUS I HAVE 7 OPEN TRADELINES ALL PAID ON TIME NEVER LATE SO I ORIGINALLY WAS INTERESTED IN THE HYUNDAI SONATA LMTD IN BLUE OR BLACK THAT HAVE THE NICE CHROME ALONG THE BOTTOM OR EVEN A HYUNDAI TUCSON CUZ  OF THE PRICE SO HE COMES BACK (JOHNNY) AFTER TANYA LEFT ME WAITING TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO HAD SUPPOSEDLY BEEN THERE ALL DAY. HE (JOHNNY SAID ) HERE'S WHAT WE CAN DO WE CAN DO 350 A MONTH THATS EVEN WITH ONLY 1 REBATE OF 500 OF PREVIOUS OWNER WHEN I WAS TOLD ITS 1500 AND USUALLY THEY CAN APPLY IT TOWARDS DOWN PAYMENT HE GOES OK FOR THE TUCSON WE CAN DO 1000K DOWN AT 8.59 % APR AT 600 A MONTH NOW THATS CRAZY THEN TELLS ME OH WE CAN DO 500 A MONTH ON THE SONATA FOR 8.59 % APR THEN BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING HE (JOHNNY) TELLS ME HE'LL CALL ME TOMORROW NO CALL ALL DAY HOWEVER I DID RECEIVE A CALL FROM ANDREW"TIGER" SUCH A NICE GUY I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND TANYA EVEN THOUGH I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ATLEAST TIGER HAD THE DESCENCY TO CALL ME BACK AFTER ALL THE MADNESS THAT OCCURED N HE APPOLIGIZED. HOWEVER I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOHNNY I CALLED HIM AT 7PM ONLY TO HEAR FOOLISHNESS SAYING OH GOOD NEWS WE GOT YOU APPROVED NOW FOR 500 DOWN AT 6.59% APR AND $420 A MO. THATS CRAZY EVEN THOUGH ITS A LITTLE BETTER BUT WHY WOULD I FIRST DO THE FIRST ONE THE SONATA OR TUCSON AT MORE INTEREST THAN IM AT NOW THEN THE SECOND DO WAY MORE THAN MY MONTHLY NOW LIKE I SAID IF THEY COULD DO 360-380 W GAP THEY WOULD HAVE A DEAL THEY SEEMED THE LEAST BIT INTERESTED SO NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A HYUNDAI OR CAR FROM CAMELBACK HYUNDAI NEXT CAR I BUY WILL BE CASH AGAIN. SO BUYER BEWARE N SHOP AROUND THEIR ARE MANUFACTURER REBATES WHICH SOME DEALERS FAIL TO TELL YOU MAKING YOU PAY THAT AMOUNT OF DISCOUNT AS A DOWNPAYMENT . I went in for routine service, as I was also curious about a New Sonata or even Tucson. then sales person that approached me I told him I was interested but wasnt for sure if i'd purchase from here again as I had a bad experience my first time around dealing with Justin(sales mgr) who he informed was NO LONGER THERE, and thet new mgmt had taken over the business since I purchased in sept of 2014. so I just wanted something bigger I tried to give them another change given i was told new mgmt only to find out its same ole slummy vampire of a dealership and its members(associates) . they are only out for profit,not in the interest of the customers specially good one's like myself . so i'am taking my business else where . and from dealing with them i dont like car dealerships anymore . seem to deceptive sly wicked n slick. constantly taking advantage of buying specially not so knowledgeable ones like I was when I bought the new Elantra in sept 2014 I got the opposite of what I wanted. didnt get NO REBATES to help on the price of the car they knew exactly what they were doing sneeky sly . so ya I will be taking my business elsewhere, now im educated on the car buying process. I will be very care n to never let it get as far as it did with Camelback Hyundai .  like getting some more warranty on top of a great warranty that comes with the car. thats money in their pocket as well as the interest im paying on it. so disgusted but NO i wouldnt go NO WHERE I would allow someone to mistreat like I said i thought it was different mgmt only to find its 9/out of 10 NOT n they wanted to clear up their bad repuation .  but ya thank you for responding and have a bless day Mr.Jim - Mahalia

By your own admission, this guy treated you like garbage.  What was your response???  You go to the store and REWARD them for treating you this way! Why is that?????
