Camelback Hyundai CHVT Harassers & Scammers Phoenix Arizona

Last April 2012 I went to Camelback Hyundai to trade-in my vehicle. I went through the entire ordeal and signed papers to buy a Hyundai Veloster. I was kept at the store for over 6 hours and was told one thing, but when it came to signing papers told another thing. I was completely exhausted and overwhelmed, not to mention starving, and signed.

I was told to come back in two days to pick up my vehicle. I drove all the way from Flagstaff to pick up the vehicle on the second day. However, when I arrived, not only was I ignored for an hour, I was told they didn't have my car because it was on a golf course for showing purposes and that they didn't have time to deal with me. Already upset from signing a deal that was not what I agreed on, I said I wanted my money back, besides they didn't even have a car for me! They tried to negotiate more, but brought me to tears and even had the nerve to tell me they bent over backwards for me and how dare me!! How did they bend over backwards when I didn't get the deal I was promised and there wasn't even a car for me?

They returned my money, I went to Fiat, got an amazing deal and wonderful service. All should be well, right? NO!!! From that day until this very day, I continue to get harassing solicitation phone calls, email and postal mail from them. I've told them several times to take me off the list, I already have a car, I don't want to buy from them, etc. I've even contacted a manager and tried to block their number with no success. They call from various numbers or restricted numbers. Now they are sending me postal mail that looks like it's a hand-written personal letter. I'll open it thinking it's from family and it's a torn out newspaper add with a post-it on it. After several complaints, this is full-blown harassment. They are obviously doing this on purpose. It is unethical, it is wrong, it is not going to make me ever buy from them. I will NEVER buy from Camelback Hyundai or any Hyundai and I've told everyone I know to avoid them or be prepared to have a terrible time and be stalked forever. Do not go there. You'll regret it. They'll pretend your their best friend until you sign papers, then treat you like dirt.
