While visiting Orlando during a golf outing I walked into a store at a strip mall near the Publix's on International Drive and Vineland roads (nice area). The sign hanging in front of the door reads "Sony", when in fact the store is a Camera Expo loction. It is not Sony corporate owned store. I only discovered this after the sale was completed and the receipt read "All Sales Final" "No returns or exchanges", WOW! I attempted to get a refund before leaving the store and was told no. I called police (no success), filed a report with the Florida Attorney General (no success). At this point I must filed a Civil Suit.

If anyone is willing to provide a statement to assist me in the matter, please email your concern to (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))@comcast.net. I will use your statement in court to demonstrate Camera Expo's preditory practices. By the way, my purchase was also inflated by some 150% for the same product offered at the real Sony Style store at the Mall. Be careful tourist! Orlando public officials cannot control businesses who take advantage of unsuspecting tourist who are the backbone of their economy. I returned to my hotel and didn't spend another dime. What a shame.

We live in a captalist society, no one forced you to purchase the item. The store can charge whatever they like for it.

Stores are also allowed to have no returns are their policy.

Good luck with your meritless lawsuit.

You admit you knew the policy was no refunds, yet you tried to get one anyway. Then you claim to be suing over this. Textbook case of entitlement syndrome.
Look, you're not a special snowflake. The rules DO apply to you. Think before you buy.
