Camera Giants - Camera Giants Illegal Bait and Switch, Rude Customer Service, False Advertising Internet

My wife called to buy a product from camera giants inc. because the prices were unbelievable. This is of course how they get you to make the purchase. The following day I received a call that the camera was only for out of country consumers and did not work in the US because it does not come with the software. He says this even though the description of the product says it comes with the software. He says he could send me the product for an additional $399. This would make the deal, no deal at all because now the price would have been like any other store or website. I told him that because my wife purcahsed the product she would have to speak to her. She then calle 10 minutes later and to my astonishment, she landed with the exact guy at customer service that I spoke to. He told her a different story that the camera needed a special abttery pack and he would sell it to her for $299. Obviously this guy is a liar because he can't get his story straight. She said she was not interested and asked to cancel her order at which time he stated she need to "Purchase something she could afford" and hung up on her. I called back to report him to customer service and once again I was perplexed that he picked up the phone again. He was just as rude to me and hung up the phone in my face. Beware of this website and company. It is an illegal bait and switch and a complete ripoff. You will not save any money on this site. Lastly, it appears to be a one man show because on four conversations to "customer service" we spoke to only one guy who was completely rude. This definitely is not customer service. I would not purchase from this company and would not recommend anyone else either. Also, if you decide to cancel your order like we did because we did not want to pay the extra amount, he will try to charge you a cancellation fee. Don't pay it. He can't charge you to cancel when he falsely led you to believe everything was included in the original price.
