Digital Nerds Ripped Off, cheated, scammed! Internet

While trying to order my product online @ digitalnerds.com, a confirmation call is required before processing all internet orders. I had called and gotten pushed to purchase additional accessories for my olympus stylus camera that was a "one time deal" only. I told the rep that the purchase was for business purposes only, and I planned to stick to the very basic options.

When I finally asked how much the extras were, the "customer service representative" replied that it was "there is no price--it's too late, and he wouldn't sell it to me anymore, because if i didn't want it at that moment, i would never be able to get it". Remember, we are still in the process of confirming this order via telephone--so how did i even miss the chance to do so?? He then went on about how I was "playing games", when all i asked was for the price!! I told them to keep the extra accessories and the camera, but of course, not without being hung up on! If you represent a company and cannot deal with the variety of consumers and customers that at least want to support it, whether it be through purchases or even positive feedback you have absolutely no business working or having one at all.
