June 7, 2016, we purchased a $ 2500 custom order couch which arrived 6 weeks later in damaged condition (torn material). The manager/owner (Sam) refused any refunds, returns, or exchanges but then offerred $100 if we kept the couch "as is" with the damages.  We requested he repair the couch.

August 31, 2016 the couch arrived back to us after the repairs and it was visibly soiled with handprints, oil stains, marks & scuffs.  The owner/manager first tried to clean the stains himself upon delivery, but was unsuccessful.  He then agreed to have it professionally cleaned, but never returned any of our calls/texts/emails and he later became angry after 3 months passed & we finally wrote a Yelp review of our experience.

Sept 20, 2016 we visitied the manager/owner in his store personally to resolve the matter, but he then instructed us to file a claim with the fabric insurance policy that he sold to us stating that we should file a claim with them for the cleaning damages.  We contacted the fabric insurance company that held the policy but they refused to cover the damages because the couch arrived to us from the furniture company in soiled condition.

October, 2016 we paid $200  to have the couch professionally cleaned but they were unable to remove the handprints, oil stains, marks & scuffs.  I reviewed the company's history with the BBB & on Yelp and found that other patrons of this establishment have had experieces of same.
