Purschased a new 2016 5th wheel from Tom Johnson Camping World in Marion, NC on September 10, 2016. Before signing papers, we noted 4 little things that need fixed....storage door warped, nick on refrig door, table and electric panel. They contacted us and said it was all "warranty work" and needed approval first. Then they called us and noted a crack on a pull out but would be fixed also. As of today, November 3, 2016, we still have no taken possession of the trailer. Excuse after excuse as to when the work will be done. The company is going downhill, alot of new employees, etc. Terrible service - you try calling and all you get is voice mails, no one ever answers.
