I went there to buy an rv and I was trying to make best deal and when done the sales manger josh bonine tried to double the fees to almost 4 thousand dollars. I left called next day and told them I would buy it if they removed bogus fees they did and for the other two thousand dollar fee I was supposed to get detail clean inside and out and all systems checked and working order. And a three or 4 hour presentation on how all systems worked. I got ten min tour and it was filthy dirty they took a hose and sprayed outside that was my detail. there was som any things broke to many to list and no table bar to put dining table up still anti freeze in lines. They told me they would send new shower curtain and table ba.

r I called manger Rodger bonine and gave details of the night mare sales experience and told I would give some time to adjust and fix issues he never called me. So guess this not important that customers r satisfied so I called Corp office and I will them time to resolve this but hopes r very low because they low reviews on service. I would buy nothing from them agian do yousellf a favor and go some where else to buy rv

Did the RV dealership provide you with the predelivery inspection document

AUTHOR: RV dealer fraud Investigator - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, October 01, 2017

I would like to know did the RV dealership provide you with a copy of the predelivery inspection report ?

Also all of these charges that you're talking about all of the fees are they in bedded into the contract or did somebody write those fees in on the contract ?

Did they ever provide you with any documentation related to the LP gas system having a complete and thorough leak check and make sure that none of the appliances that operate off of propane had any malfunctions.

The reason I'm asking you this question is most RV dealerships do not do predelivery inspection's to make sure everything works before they put it on the lot for sale.

They would rather have you buy the motorhome driving off the lot and go do a shakedown cruise and you personally find all the problems and bring it back to the dealership and the dealership will bill the manufacture for any repairs needed they do this because they don't want to pay their technicians to do the proper predelivery inspection's before they put the coaches on the lot for sale.

I'm not saying the dealership here in this particular case did any of the above but what I'm saying is to the consumers pay attention read what you signed before you sign it if you do not like it your boots will always get you a lower price if you use them to get into the vehicle that brought you to the dealership and leave

Now post your thoughts and answer my questions please

Clarification

AUTHOR: Josh Mantooth - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 30, 2017

The customer was fully aware of each and every individual charge as everything was fully disclosed with purchase. There weren't any "Bogus" charges and no one was "Ripped Off". In fact, the customer drove hundreds of miles to make the purchase as it was the lowest total and complete price in the Nation. The issues with service were warranty issues that take time to receive manufacturer approval on. The repairs were minor, didn't affect the usability of the RV and it continues to be in use today. The customer was here yesterday and the issues were resolved in a matter of hours.

Sincerely,

Josh Mantooth
