 Brief background , we live in this motorcoach full time while our home is being rebuilt because of mold in our HVAC unit. For 3 years we had been breathing in toxic mold spores which made our immune system to be compromised. On December 27, 2016 we left our home with just our keys and the clothes on our back. Our licensed environmental hygienist and our doctors advised us to remove ourselves from the mold in order to get well .. Fast forward to June 22nd of this year we paid nearly $3,000.00 for services at Camping World and received a water damaged coach with black mold from an improperly installed satellite system, an xm radio that doesn’t work properly due to the improper installation of the antenna and an annual maintenance package that was never performed even though they signed off on the work like it was performed. It’s now going on 4 months and still nothing has been done. We have been going back and forth trying to get them to repair the damage. After going to the media Camping World asked us to get an estimate, we did and when they saw the cost they changed the rules. The damage is around $15,000.00 without the cost of the remediation. Now they want to trade us out of our unit but there’s one problem. We found a “DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH “. We purchased a 2007 miles that was only used as a spare bedroom. None of the appliances were ever used. It was also stored in a rv garage. So it’s like we purchased a new coach. So to replace this coach you have to take the year out of the equation Camping World refused to do that so they won’t repair the coach and they can’t find us a coach comparable to ours. We have wasted our summer fighting with Camping World to do the right thing. The upper management hasn’t even taken the time to access the damage in person. We have sent pictures of the damage along with a protocol from our licensed environmental hygienist. Still nothing.

Now our health is failing. My hair is falling out along with sores that bleed on my head and neck and chest. My husbands asthma is getting very bad. They just don’t care We just sent the an email stating that our licensed Hygenist told us that the amount of CHAETOMIUM we have in the coach is dangerous to our health and we shouldn’t be living in this coach. It needs to be repaired and remediatied. Camping World had the coach tested for mold and the person who did the test wasn’t a licensed mold assessor and read the report incorrectly. Camping World won’t listen to our Licensed Environmental Hygenist on why the test is incorrect. We have given Camping World a letter from our Hygenist and still nothing. We have a WE OWE YOU for the repairs to be done along with hotel stay from the first general manager. He was fired the day after he gave us the WE OWE YOU. CAMPING WORLD is making their decisions based on that false mold report, instead of owning up to the fact that their technician improperly installed the satellite system that caused WATER DAMAGE. The mold was the result of the water damage. We keep telling the forget about the mold. You caused water damage to our coach. Please fix it.

We have gone to Camping Worlds headquarters in Bowling Green Kentucky and no one would see us or look at the coach. We just get emails. We were told the paperwork went to legal we haven’t heard from any legal. In my opinion I feel Camping World is racist. My husband is an BLACK MAN. In the world I grew up in if someone broke something they were responsible and the would fix it immediately. The conversation would have been. “Mr Jackson what can we do to make this right . Let us take your coach and we will put you and you wife up in a hotel until the situation is completed.” That did not happen. They have not even apologized for the damage instead we hav to fight daily for them to do the right thing It’s like you go and get an oil change for your car and they break the windshield. You don’t take the car home with a broken windshield. The fix it. What’s the difference. There isn’t That’s why I think it’s a racist issue. They wouldn’t even deal with my husband until I finally told the to deal with him not me We need help. We can’t live in this much longer. Were paying the mortgage on our home and the coach and were still living in a dangerous situation with mold The doctors won’t treat us until we’re living in a mold free environment. That was supposed to be this coach. Once this coached is repaired or replaced we still have to replace all our personal belongings because of the mold spores. I’m a flight Attendant and my hair falls out while I’m working and it’s hard to hide the sores. It’s very embarrassing and emotionally exhausting for myself and my husband. We have pictures along with emails and recommendations from our licensed environmental hygienist.

Annual maintenance service results

this is the results from our annual maintenance on our AC UNIT we went back 3 times and asked them to perf the service they tell us it’s done now the mold has spread to the AC UNIT because of all the dirt in the unit and we smell mold every time we turn on the AC UNIT   It’s been now 4 months and now they won’t return our messages. The CHAETOMIUM from the water damage from the improperly installed satellite system they won’t fix it we send messages every day

I recently contacted a attorney to help him with a couple of cases regarding lawsuits against RV dealerships.   And from this point forward I am going to offer my services to any law firm who contact Rip Off Report about the RV expert witness I'm going to offer my services to any law firm that helps people with RV dealership complaints at no cost.   I'm sick and tired of customers getting ripped off in the RV industry there are so many scammers in the RV industry it's absolutely pathetic. 

 I only could wish that people would do their research on Rip Off Report before they go to any RV dealership of their choice.      Do you know that most RV dealerships do not do pre-delivery inspections on the coaches they plan to sell before they put them on the lot ?     That's why they call it a shakedown cruise after you purchase the motorhome they tell you to go take it for a shakedown cruise find all the problems that we didn't look for when we sold you the motorhome before we put in a lot for sale.

 What many of them are telling you is that they don't want to spend the money to pay their RV technicians to go through the coach and make sure that everything works and the LP gas system has no leaks they don't want to pay for that task.    Trust me the RV industry has the worst reputation than any car dealership of your choice.   If they RV dealership  has a commitment to customer satisfaction I would love to meet them.       I went up against one of the largest RV dealerships in the country and I showed that the RV dealership was submitted fraudulent documents as evidence with forge signatures as far as the predelivery inspection .   

I showed everybody involved the LP gas is not measured in pounds per square inch    It's measured in inches of water column.   The particular document that they submitted as evidence of predelivery inspection had a forged signature on it and I proved it.  That tells me they did not want to pay their RV technicians to do a complete and thorough predelivery inspection to make sure everything works in this particular coach they said it was brand new but I worked on over 27 pages of repairs that that coach needed that was represented as a brand new coach little did the buyer or the  plaintiffs  attorney did not know that the front end of the coach of been crashed and the dealership send it back to the manufacture to have a new face put on the front end of the motorhome  makes me think they damage the motorhome on the lot I put it on a flatbed and shipped it back to the manufacture to get it repaired before they put it on the lot for sale so in reality

 The RV buyer bought a crash motorhome that was represented as a brand new motorhome.    So from now on if an attorney contact me about being an expert witness for them I'm going to do it for absolutely no cost all they have to do is send me the documents and the reason I'm posting this is to let everybody know that I'm sick and tired of people being ripped off in the  RV industry    So I'm going to do something about it.   

 I'm not posting my name up here in my contact information to try to drum up business that's not what I'm doing what I'm doing is letting everybody know that I'm taking action helping the victims.   So when you read my postings you know that I know what I'm talking about because  law firm's that take on these type of cases know that I know what I'm talking about.

 So call me the RV expert 

 A dirty RV dealerships worst nightmare.

 I'm actually sick and tired of people buy and RVs and getting ripped off.

 I wrote the editor like you said and I don’t think he understand what I was talking about. Could you please help me with your request. Our coach is getting worse I think the CHAETOMIUM is spreading because now we really can smell the mold and I’m loosing my hair on a daily basis and we’re both getting sicker. I write CAMPING WORLD daily asking them to do the right thing. Now they stopped responding So please we need your help Thank you Cheryl Tampa Fl

 This morning after a very bad night of pain and swelling in my head from coming home after working a 2 day trip at Southwest Airlines more hair fell out. The doctors tell me every time I re enter my coach and get exposure to the CHAETOMIUM spores I get a systemic reaction and I loose more hair. I’m getting very worried

 I really hope you can get things done. We have gone to the local media when they told us they were done. The end of August Micheal Whiteman was told from the corporate office to have us get an estimate. We did nothing came of that. We also got a call from ELLA at corporate that our information was going into a response file. Nothing from that. Then Ken Stumpe told Michael Whitman to trade us out of the coach. That was almost 2 weeks ago. The salesman Kurtis told us it was to hard to find something and he had other customers to tend to. The issue is that our coach had 6,000 miles when we purchased it in April of this year. It’s 38 feet with a very large Bath and a half , 3 slides, outdoor tv, awnings over all windows, it’s not an entry level and it’s gas fueled. There is very few gas coach’s with a bath and a half with porcelain toilets that are run like residential toilets and it’s a 2007. It was stored inside and used as a spare bedroom. The apliances and shower were never used. So it was like purchasing a brand new coach So to replace that with the same qualifications is going to be hard. I sent them a coach with the exact requirements except it was a diesel and 2016. I was really hoping they would see that repairing the coach would be easier then we found out last week that the mold CHAETOMIUM was a high level and it spreads which explains the moldy smell when we turn on the AC So I really hope you can get thing Togo further than a report in a file. Our health is now a very concerning issue. It’s been going on now 3 1/2 month. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Sheryl I read your complaint I am a reputation consultant I try to help businesses that have negative reviews on RipOffReport.com  The owner of camping world his name is Marcus   I know who he is I am linked up with him on the Internet I sent him a message regarding your complaint.   He knows who I am and what I do.   He is the owner of camping world and good Sam. 

 Trust me he will read this and I'm sure that he will contact the facility that you went to see if there's a way to resolve this issue which I'm sure there is.   When I try to do is to take negative situations and turn them into positive situations where everything is headed in the right direction as far as reputation and customer  satisfaction.

 Keep me updated and let me know what's going on by posting updates on your report I am sure that Marcus will have that particular camping world location touch base with you.   Your issue needs to be resolved.
