Company said it would notify my creditors of representation-It did not. Company said it would send me copies of all correspondence confirming such-It did not.

Dreadful customer service. Nobody seemed to be on the same page about my case or know the facts. Interminal wait times & transferring. Nobody could give a straight answer about the company's policies. Reps gave conflicting information or no information when asked to explain something.

Prompt debiting of my account each month. When asked for refund was told I had little escrow left and that all the funds $1612.00 went for fees for services rendered. I received no services.
