In 2005 under the recomendation of my doctor I applied for C.P.P and O.D.S.P. My driver's license has also been suspended becuase of my medical condtions. Every paper I sent in was dotted and every T crossed all medical reports up to date!
In terms Of the Ontario goverment you must have a illness that is prolonged or severe. After over 36 months of this mess I was told that I was denied.
Not Because of my "disablity" but because I hadn't contributed enough in the past. I was 32 at the time i put my application. I had worked from the ages of 18 to 23 as a student and then when I was 26 (1999)I was working For T eatons which went Bankrupt I was pregnate at the time and never returned to work until 2001.I had 4 surgorys between 1999 and 2004. In 2004 I was blessed with a baby boy.
My health has drasticlly deterated since then and Im currently on a 11 pill a day cocktail and not to mention the vitamins of lets not forget the pain killers im suposed to keep pop pop popping!gross!
Im on a celiac diet and excersise when i can as often as i can. But still i caint get any kind of assistance for myself or for my children. I tired OSDP but it goes by your supouses income and we were just on the cut off.
Am I too young to be ill..I tried to get help to go back to school but the doors keep slamming in my face.I tried to get assistance to help me with my everyday household activties hoping to perserve some energy for the family but,, nothing. Still the same I didn't contribute enough in the past.
Heavens help me if something happens to my husband and his work benefits. I never knew that my health was based on the almighty buk! I thought it was priceless. So don't get sick to young ok !

Write a letter to Harper and explain your health problem. If Harper could pay Arar 12 million dollars out of Canadian Taxpayers hard earned money, he should be able to support a tru-born Canadian,not a Canadian immigrant Arab who left Canada to go to Syria and later claimed to be tortured in his own country. As a Canadian Citizen, his duty is to live in Canada and contribute his taxes to the Canadian Government.
