Canada Job and Placement Agency For short is CAJPA I was ripped off $250USD for Assessment Form for job and immigration that was sent to me by a friend claiming to be the Personnel Manager of the Agency. I was also sent another form for Health Clearan Internet

In the first place I had a friend by the of Carole Curtis, who is a citizen of Canada (White). This relationship was a good one as communication was strong through mails. After my Unversity I was lucky to come by a job but due to odd situations we had financial problems in the company that led to the dropping of every work staff. I contacted her with this situation of my unemployment and promised me of helping without saying it directly of hat help. I was so surprise one day to see her mail with the subject "Job and Immigration Oopportunities'. I viewed through her sent message in which the website of the company (http://www.cajpa.net) she claimed of been the Present Personnel Manager was included. I went through the site to see the type of vacancies as to whether they suit my career. I finally wrote my application to the General Secretary as I was instructed to quote her name as I have been recommended for a consideration of job in their company. I did exactly as she told me and I was finally replied in a day to contact their Philippines Coordinator for an Assessment Form, as he is responsible for Africans and Asia applicants. In also in a day's time I was replied by the Coordinator with the Assessment Form with the cost of processing fee and the payment details in which I am to pay a sum of $250 USD to the CAJPA Accountant working directly with the Philippines Coordinator (Dr. Dave Lucena Armero) by the name of Miss Jackyln L. Yulip. At their website and the replied from the General Secretary stated that the processing fee is the only money they will be requesting from applicants and all other expenses will be theirs. I sent my scan International Pasport, filled form (with a passport photo on it) together with my confirmation of payment from Western Union so that my notification of payment will reach them to collect the payment. I was mailed the next of payment cashed. It took five days then I received a mail from the General Secretary of been a Prospective Apploicant with another form for Health Clearance Certificate. This form was sent to me with the pretext to have received one Liberian and two Guineans of been tested with HIV, so I should have a health Clearance Certificate that should be processed for $350 USD if not my visa will not be released. When this money is paid then the company will contact the nearest embassy that is The Canadian Embassy in Cote D'Ivoire for the release of my visa. I was so move by their latest development of sending me Health Clearance Certificate wherein if I am to be issued a visa, health clearance should be at the issuing site not on any internet paper work. I contacted my dearest friend who pretended of helping me order than to just scam me, to assist me with the paying of this $350 USD as it is urgent. She approved of paying the but initially gave lots of excuses of spending lots of money which will restrict her spending and asked her to send what ever sum and I will sum the money to the requested amount for the payment for the processing fee of the Health Clearance Certificate Form. I was briefing her with each and every step taken and forwarding her all the replies and details sent and sent to me. She later decided of sending the money on my behalf to the Philippines Coordinator's Accountant instead of sending it to me. Since the day when I asked her not to pay on my behalf as it is not proper professionally to send official payment in split and if she insisted of pay on my behalf, I will not meet to the balance money and the communication between us stopped. I have written her many mails without a reply. That was where we had a dispute and my suspicion was right about her to be a scammer. When the General Secretary stated, Cote D'Ivoire is the place where my visa will be issued, I contacted the Embassy on this issue and I was replied to be  A BIG SCAM AND NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM. Please, as I am pleading for this Organization to audit this company of their operation, if they are genuine as they are putting stress on people to be specific African who are looking for good jobs. I was ripped off $300 USD in which I do not want my fellow African to be ripped off again as they are seriously scamming people of finding jobs for people. The worldwide idea is that Canada needs experienced and willing graduates to develop their country but fraudulent act is on the rampage with this company. I am also pleady with this Organization to information other Organizations that are fighting fraudulent acts in Canada to pay serious investigations so that they will brought to book.
