LOOKING FOR LAWYER TO TAKE CASE ON AND PEOPLE TO JOIN IN CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE.

I live on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. I just changed my number recently and it is unlisted with Telus Communications B.C. Inc. I have been getting unwanted calls from this company as well, since i got the new number; just this morning I was woken up very early with another call from this company (IQR). I am PISSED OFF!!!!

I have successfully recorded several *57 Traces on this number. I am pursuing charges with the RCMP against Canadian Bonded Creditors Ltd. DBA: IQR. These are unwanted phone calls, I am not the person they are looking for but they continue to call, this is harassment and a complete disruption into my personal life.

I phoned back their number this morning and some guy that can hardly speak English answers the phone IQR "ICORE." I asked them again to please stop calling our number. They asked me if my name is Clay, I said "No, stop calling my phone number, you people woke me up!" He said he would take me off the list, but doubt he will. This isn't the first time they have called. They call all the time.

I am interested in a class action law suit against Canadian Bonded Creditors Ltd, now DBA: IQR for punitive damages and negligence. It is my opinion as a free thinking human-being that I should have the right to not be bothered with CBCL's unwanted phone calls. I should have the right to an unlisted number and not have my life, time, sleep and more turned upside down with unwanted phone calls. I believe that IQR (CBCL) has a duty to take care, a duty to take care in that they not call a number unless they have personally verified that the number they are calling with their machines is the person they are looking for. If not, then the calls are unwanted and a constant disruption into peoples personal lives. Which is obviously happening here. I believe CBCL dba: IQR has failed in that duty to take care!

I am self employed, my phone is my lifeline. I need it, I use it all the time, and IQR's unwanted calls have become a huge disruption in my life. If you feel that the calls are a disruption please pursue a class action law suite against IQR (CBCL) with me. It may take time but don't just let them get away with it.

I personally feel that IQR has ripped me off of my time, my business, my life and my phone line. Especially when I am not the person they are looking for! Stop Ripping me off IQR, CBCL or whatever name you want to call yourself!
